Why Families Become Ambassadors
Every Family Ambassador has a story — one rooted in trust, gratitude, and the moments that make a community feel like home.
Families choose to share their experiences because they’ve seen the difference firsthand: the comfort of knowing their loved one is cared for, the relationships built with staff and neighbors, and the peace of mind that comes from feeling supported every day. These stories are shaped by small but meaningful moments — a warm greeting, a helping hand, a shared laugh, or the reassurance that someone is always there.
For many families, becoming a Family Ambassador is a natural extension of their journey. It’s a way to give back, to recognize the care and compassion they’ve experienced, and to help other families feel more confident as they navigate their own senior living decisions.
Together, these shared stories reflect the heart of our community — a place built on connection, trust, and the belief that no family should feel alone in this journey.

“We have felt a bit like Goldilocks since moving Mom to Cedar Creek. It’s a facility that’s not too big, not too small, but Just Right. It’s small enough for us to know staff and residents by name, yet large enough to provide meaningful activities and services for everyone. We feel welcome during our visits and confident that Mom is well cared for in our absence which, again, is Just Right!”
– Rick and Jean Krueger, Family Ambassador
“Life has changed a little for our parents, and they decided it was time for a new place to call home. In our search of many…we found Cedar Creek Senior Living.
This entire community has changed our parents in so many ways. They are engaging with others and making new friends. There are so many activities from social hours with milk and fresh cookies to pizza and ice cream etc.. and happy hour on Fridays. The activities Director is so creative, always coming up with something new and exciting to do, make, or participate in. Arts and crafts, cards, bingo, indoor/outdoor movies with popcorn and treats to outings with shopping and exploring new restaurants. The list goes on and on…
Cedar Creek has their own Chef that offers a large menu. Home cooked foods that are delicious! The staff is extremely compassionate, kind and caring for all of their needs, and then some. They are part of the family. We are more than happy knowing our parents are well looked after and having the time of their lives!
Cedar Creek is an AMAZING community to be able to call HOME.”
– The Day-Fallon Family, Family Ambassadors
“In January of 2023, our parents made Cedar Creek Senior Living their new home: day residing in the Memory Care. From the day they entered the community they were treated with the kindness and respect that was so much a part of who they were in their everyday life. The staff and administration made them feel like this was their home, their place to share with each other and their new friends they made at Cedar Creek Senior Living. The staff made our parents, and our family feel welcomed and loved during our parent’s time at Cedar Creek Senior Living. Thank you, Cedar Creek!”
– David Anderson, Family Ambassador
